Education Assistance Program:
Employees interested in academic training to increase specific job skills, or in working toward an associate, undergraduate or advanced degree, can receive partial or full tuition reimbursement.
Employee Development Program:
This program provides an array of services including: daytime training classes, lunch & learn sessions, mentoring, evening classes, self-paced learning and access to the resource center.
KCP&L's dispute resolution program for management employees (those employees who are not represented by a bargaining unit). ACCESS offers management employees options for airing and settling workplace conflicts ranging from minor misunderstandings to perceived violations of legally protected rights.
